About Bee Mindful App

The Bee Mindful iPhone app currently offers three Yoga Nidra meditations guided by India Bee. Each Yoga Nidra offers a different intention, including one for: Health & Healing, Confidence & Clarity, and to Dissolve Insomnia.

The intention of the Bee Mindful app is to provide more people with the healing benefits of Yoga Nidra mindfulness meditations. Yoga Nidra allows us to release deeply held tensions and unhealthy patterns. This practice leads participants through a series of techniques which helps to effortlessly still the mind and allow for deep rest.

What is Yoga Nidra? 

Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based mindfulness meditation. It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to approximately three hours of sleep.

What makes Yoga Nidra unique?

The use of ancient yogic techniques and the use of intentions. Yogis have studied relaxation techniques for thousands of years and they've discovered that certain techniques are associated with specific benefits.

Techniques:

Each Yoga Nidra meditation is comprised of a series of body awareness and breathing techniques. I have selected techniques that will support deep healing on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. Tap on the information icon on each meditation to discover the techniques that are included.

Intentions:

Yoga Nidra helps resolve external symptoms by going directly to the root of those symptoms. It uses the power of intention to help you make lasting changes in your life. When you are in the deepest state of relaxation, I will read an intention. An intention is similar to an affirmation, except they work at a subtle level, rather than engaging the conscious mind.
